The exact amount of the shipping cost depends on the destination and the chosen shipping method. It is always shown separately in the shopping cart.

Shipping Cost
Standard shipping for orders up to €53.00 is €5. For orders over 53.00 euros, shipping costs do not apply.
Any promotions will be communicated on the homepage.
Defective Products or Incorrect Shipments
Upon delivery, the User is required to check that the packaging is not damaged and, if the product is damaged or does not comply with the order sent, not to accept the shipment, noting clearly on the delivery note the nature of the damage and/or or the mistake.
The User is required to inform Ginuensis of the relative problem by sending an e-mail to the address info@ginuensis.it. For any assistance, the Customer Service is available on +39 328 303 2122. Ginuensis will bear the shipping costs relating to the return of defective or incorrectly shipped products.
Shipping Restrictions
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, except holidays. The products sold through the website www.ginuensis.com are delivered throughout Italy and abroad. Tariff variations are applicable for particular hard-to-reach areas and abroad.
Shipping costs are always visible in the checkout of the order and, for foreign shipments, they do not include import taxes and local excise duties.
Military APO addresses are not allowed.
Delivery
Shipments are made only by courier. A signature is always required on delivery. It is up to the User to accept that a delivery is signed by a person other than the User, provided that such person is present at the address provided and is at least 18 years of age. If no one is present at the time of delivery, the User will be asked to contact the courier in charge.
Cancellation of Online Order
To cancel an order, simply make a specific request to customer service by sending an e-mail to the address: info@ginuensis.it
Once the order has been confirmed we cannot guarantee that we will be able to block the shipment. In this case, he must refuse to collect the product upon delivery, specifying the reasons on the relative delivery note. We will issue a refund equal to the purchase cost, once the item returns to the warehouse. In this case, the shipping costs are not reimbursed and remain the responsibility of the customer.
If it is possible to block the shipment, you will see confirmation of the cancellation of the order on the “Your Account” page in the “Your orders” section. Please consult the “Right of withdrawal and conditions of exchange of goods” section for more detailed information.
Right of withdrawal
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product/s to the same consumer or to a third party designated by the same.
In the case of multiple goods ordered through a single order and delivered separately, the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal starts from the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by him, acquires physical possession of the last good.
The right of withdrawal is excluded for personalized items.
The substantial integrity of the product(s) to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must comply with the following procedure:
Send a written communication to Ginuensis, using one of the following methods: (i) E-mail (preferably PEC) to the address info@ginuensis.it; (ii) registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the address Via Fabrizi 85r. The communication must contain an explicit declaration of the decision to withdraw from the sales contract with the indication of the identification number of the relative order. To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the communication to be sent before the expiry of the aforementioned 14 (fourteen) day period. Within 48 (forty eight) hours of receiving the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, Ginuensis will communicate the instructions for returning the products. The costs related to the shipment of the product are to be considered charged to the customer. Pack the Product (possibly with the original packaging). Using the original packaging will prevent any damage in transit; Ship the product within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the return instructions; Ginuensis will reimburse all sums paid by the Consumer, including the delivery costs of the initial order, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which it received the communication relating to the intention to withdraw from the purchase, unless the product is been returned within these terms. Alternatively, the refund will be made immediately as soon as Ginuensis regains possession of the goods and ascertains their integrity.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the same consumer has agreed otherwise.
In any case, the consumer does not bear any costs due to the reimbursement.
The aforementioned withdrawal procedure applies only to purchases made through the ginuensis.com website.
